Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published by jillibet:

• "jillibet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jillibet platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website at jillibet.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jillibet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jillibet platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Platform" refers to the jillibet website, mobile-optimized interface, and any associated applications or services made available to Players.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products available on the jillibet platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a jillibet promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual currency, including Philippine Peso (₱) amounts deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other accepted payment methods.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by jillibet to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that governs online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jillibet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, such as the jillibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jillibet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillibet platform and close your account.

Eligibility

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jillibet or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jillibet or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jillibet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jillibet may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the jillibet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jillibet account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• Your account credentials, including your password, are personal and confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• jillibet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jillibet support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jillibet support immediately and change your password without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jillibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the jillibet platform.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method.
• jillibet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jillibet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• jillibet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• jillibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

jillibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as PBA Finals, major UFC cards, and Philippine national holidays.

The following general conditions apply to all jillibet bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and will be used after your Real Money Balance is exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jillibet explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• jillibet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, is prohibited.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jillibet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. jillibet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• jillibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical malfunctions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, jillibet will use game server logs to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• jillibet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session at its sole discretion.

For live casino games, the result determined by the live dealer and confirmed by the game system is final. For sports betting, results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC) at the time of settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillibet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jillibet platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jillibet platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jillibet support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the jillibet platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Accessing jillibet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jillibet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jillibet platform or its underlying technology.

Responsible Gaming

jillibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jillibet account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jillibet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual materials, is the property of jillibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jillibet platform without prior written consent.
• Use any jillibet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized by jillibet.
• Create derivative works based on jillibet content or platform functionality.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on the jillibet platform.

Any unauthorized use of jillibet intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jillibet.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jillibet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

jillibet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

jillibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigations are pending.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jillibet account may do so by contacting jillibet customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Privacy & Data Protection

jillibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jillibet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillibet implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jillibet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

jillibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillibet will notify Players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, jillibet may also send a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the jillibet platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jillibet support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. jillibet recommends checking this page at least once per month.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillibet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jillibet customer support. jillibet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jillibet's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
